Big Chill House Special!
We are pleased to announce that we have a night with Black Grass on the 18th of July at The Big Chill House. We first met DJ Mex back in 2000 after a DJ excursion in Copenhagen. Since then he has gone onto make 3 albums on the Catskills Records label with The Black Grass project. The albums have featured Blak Twang,Blu Room 13, Maylay Sparks, JLive and funk sensation Dionne Charles. In our opinion he is one of the finest DJs in the UK blending Funk, Hip Hop and Breaks. On the night Residents Jack to Phono, Jingai (Bomb Shop), Edski and guest appearance from T-Sparks will support. The music kicks off at 8pm. Hailing from Newcastle (home of the Brown) DJ, producer and film-maker Tombee often describes his sound as Folk-Hop. The definition of Folk music, if you look it up, is music handed down from generation to generation. Tom Eno New Release!
Tom Eno will provide the soundtrack to JTP016 with a new 7 inch single. The tracks will be Two Guitars and Estrella. Estrella has been remixed for the vinyl by Dusty from Jazz & Milk Recordings from Munich, Germany. There will be an exclusive on the download release which will be the original version of Estrella.

Flevans has announced gigs in 2008 at The Big Chill Bar on the 12th of Jan, 15th of March and 24th of May. He will also play a gig in Flims Switzerland on the 22nd of March. We await confirmation of some USA tour dates and will keep you updated.
